Why did San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis' Miracosta College investigation result in felony charges for $305 of water used to irrigate palm trees, but not even a whisper about the $3 million in tax dollars that was channeled to Victoria Richart and her SDCOE-connected lawyers? Did they commit extortion? Did they use their public trust for personal gain?
Why does Bonnie ignore wrongdoing by school board members? It seems to be a mutual back-scratching arrangement.

Ms. Larkins you ask what kind of relationship does SDCOE~JPA have with Bonnie Dumanis? It sure should be called the “Sweetheart Deal Relationship.”
You pat my back and I will pat yours, Bonnie Dumais specialty is putting kids in to Juvi. It doesn’t matter if they are guilty or not, no proof needed and not trials. Just lock them up and get them ready for Arnold’s jails. I am not surprised by Bonnie actions of going after $305 and charging someone with a felony for these $305 dollars that they could not find receipts for over 10 years.
We should also not be surprised by Victoria Richart $ 3 million gift of public funds. We can all connect the dots from Bonnie’s special friend Daniel Shinoff, SDCOE, back to Bonnie deliberate unwillingness to investigate and prosecute white-collar crimes in the North County. Isn’t Shinoff’s law firm a registered lobbyist [Devaney]? Isn’t Leslie E. Devaney a very active member of the Citizen’s Against Lawsuit abuse?
Wasn’t Leslie E. Devaney a former Assistant City Attorney and didn’t she run against Mike Aguirre? I just wonder how close Bonnie Dumanis was or is with Devaney? We know Dumanis hates Aguirre and I just wonder just exactly how close these two ladies are? Most importantly how close is Dumanis to Shinoff?
I also wonder if these ladies put themselves on the list of their own organization, as lawsuit abusers?
