Why is Randy Ward covering up waste and wrongdoing?

Randall Ward, Superintendent
San Diego County Office of Education

Dear Mr. Ward:

Instead of keeping public documents hidden from me, why don’t you investigate wrongdoing by the SDCOE JPA, and take appropriate action?

It’s the taxpayers who pay your salary, and to whom you owe loyalty, not attorneys Diane Crosier, Daniel Shinoff, Bonnie Garcia, and their ilk.

Lora Duzyk and Diane Crosier presented a wonderful report to the superintendent and the board, showing that they are doing a good job. Surely you don't expect the board or the superintendent to confront them with the evidence you have provided. It would make them very uncomfortable, not to mention the lawyers with whom they work so closely. SDCOE likes to keep things peaceful and quiet.

HE'S COVERING UP WASTE AND WRONGDOING BECAUSE HIS LAWYERS TOLD HIM TO.

You mean the lawyers he inherited from Rudy Castruita?
