Jerry McLeod opposed sweetheart deal at Vista USD

I was pleased to hear from Jerry McLeod in relation to this post about the Vista Unified School District sweetheart deal:

"As a current member of the VUSD BOC I naturally take interest in any and all posts regarding the District and taxpayers' wasted funds.

"First, of the six names listed I am the only one still serving because of term limits. My term expires as of 6/30/09.

"My wife and I sued the VUSD for not following the list of projects as promised to the voters but our suit was dismissed because of a statute of limitations decision by the Superior Court. Our appeal to both the Appeals and State Supreme Courts were not granted.

"Let's just say that the taxpayers did get ripped off. I am available for questions."

Mr. McLeod story and struggles with the court should be a good reason why not to vote for any bond measure in the North County. There is absolutely no accountability, no record keeping, no conformity, no bylaws, no procedures, no process and no rules. Just about everything goes. Their choice attorney is Daniel Shinoff and lets just say Mr. Shinoff likes to keep the Vista Unified School District Board of Trustees in the dark.

70 Million tax dollars missing means nothing to Bonnie Dumanis when she has her work cut out for her at the MiraCosta Palmgate. Bonnie will conduct a full investigation and bring criminal charges at Daniel Shinoff request. Dumanis will go after a $ 300.00 dollars in a TEN-year discrepancy. In fact Dumanis office will spend hundreds and thousand of dollars to recover $ 300.00.

Dumanis will go after harmless little punks and deem them dangerous while she covers up millions and millions of dollars in theft, fraud and malfeasance for her friends.
