While searching for a way to complain about procedures in San Diego Superior Court I came across a relevant article here. But I can't tell if this blog is active. Briefly I have had several incidents, including refusal to serve a summons, weeks of delays in serving a summons, inability to get straightforward answers from clerks, and strange behavior from judges!
